For this project, I was responsible for Big Society Capital’s site redesign from the ground up. Working with personas, targetting specific user flows for the most effect outcome of an interaction with the site. I hope to have changed the way investors, fund managers, partners and stakeholders engage with the BSC site, making it easier for more people and organisations to use social investment.
Big Society Capital improves the lives of people in the United Kingdom by connecting social investment to social enterprises and charities to create a greater social impact.
We held collaborative stakeholder meetings and workshops, worked iteratively with the BSC team on sitemapping and wireframing, and applied the refreshed brand identity to the new site structure. The result is intended to create a clear and informative experience for new and returning users to the BSC website, removing all barriers between them and the information they need in order to invest money more responsibly.
